1. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Condition

Items must be unused and in the same condition as received.

  • Packaging may be opened, but the product must not have been used, installed, or tested.
  • All original packaging, accessories, and inserts must be included.

Proof of Purchase

Change of Mind

We want you to love your purchase, so we encourage you to carefully review product details before placing an order.

  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for change of mind, as each grip is precision-machined, hand-finished, and carefully prepared for shipment.
  • A lot goes into making Awesome Grips a reality – especially as a small team manufacturing in North America, where quality and craftsmanship are at the heart of everything we do.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Customized or special-order products.
  • Items marked as “final sale” and “clearance”.

2. Return Process

How to Initiate a Return

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or damaged.

  • Awesome Grips is not responsible for lost or damaged returns during transit.

3. Refund Process

  • Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item to confirm its condition and verify the reported issue.
  • If the return meets our eligibility criteria and the reported issue is verified, we will approve the refund.

Refund Amount

  • Restocking Fee
    We do not charge a restocking fee.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
    Even if your order qualified for free shipping, the actual shipping cost paid by us for your specific order will be deducted from the refund amount.

Example Calculation:

  • If you purchased an item for $100 + applicable taxes with free shipping, and we paid $10 for shipping, your refund will be $90 + applicable taxes after return approval.
  • If you paid $100 + $10 shipping + applicable taxes, your refund will be $100 + applicable taxes, as the original shipping charge remains non-refundable.

Refund Method & Timeline

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Processing time may take 7–10 business days after approval.

4. Exchanges

Exchange Eligibility

Exchanges are only available for the same product in case of a defect. If you need a different product, color, or variant, a new order must be placed.

Shipping for Exchanges

Shipping Costs

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Orders shipped to the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees. These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping fees and are the responsibility of the customer. Tracking Your Order

Undeliverable Packages
