1. Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

Items must be unused and in the same condition as received.
- Packaging may be opened, but the product must not have been used, installed, or tested.
- All original packaging, accessories, and inserts must be included.

Change of Mind

- Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for change of mind, as each grip is precision-machined, hand-finished, and carefully prepared for shipment.

Even if your order qualified for free shipping, the actual shipping cost paid by us for your specific order will be deducted from the refund amount.
Example Calculation:
- If you purchased an item for $100 + applicable taxes with free shipping, and we paid $10 for shipping, your refund will be $90 + applicable taxes after return approval.
If you paid $100 + $10 shipping + applicable taxes, your refund will be $100 + applicable taxes, as the original shipping charge remains non-refundable.
