At Awesome Grips, we take pride in designing and manufacturing every grip in-house with precision and care. Our products are built to last, and we stand behind their quality.

We offer a 2-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and craftsmanship. While we’d love to guarantee them forever, practical constraints apply. However, if you ever have an issue—warranty or not—contact us at info@awesomegrips.com, and we’ll do our best to help.

1. What’s Covered?

✔ Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship

✔ Structural integrity of the CNC-machined aluminum body

✔ Fit and finish issues caused by production errors

 

2. What’s Not Covered?

✘ Normal wear and tear

✘ Cosmetic changes from regular use

✘ Damage from misuse, improper installation, or modifications

✘ Third-party refinishing, alterations, or repairs

 

3. How to Claim?

If you experience an issue within the 2-year warranty period, email us at info@awesomegrips.com with:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Photos of the product

We’ll review your claim and, if eligible, repair or replace your grip.

 

4. Beyond the Warranty

We design our grips to last, not fail. If something happens outside the warranty window, still reach out, we value our customers and will always try to find a solution.
