At Awesome Grips, we now ship our products Worldwide. Below, youโ€™ll find important details regarding our shipping process, delivery times, costs, and customs responsibilities.

1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within Canada, to the United States, and to most international destinations. If your country is not listed in the checkout page or the country selector in the website header, please reach out to us at info@awesomegrips.com to confirm availability.

These are typical delivery windows for Express service. Actual times may vary due to customs clearance, regional courier delays, or if you are located in a remote or hard-to-access area.

    1. Canada: 1โ€“3 business days
    2. United States: 1โ€“3 business days
    3. Europe: 3โ€“7 business days
    4. United Kingdom: 3โ€“5 business days
    5. Asia (Major Cities): 3โ€“7 business days
    6. Oceania (Australia, New Zealand): 5โ€“10 business days
    7. Middle East: 4โ€“8 business days
    8. South America: 5โ€“10 business days
    9. Africa: 5โ€“10 business days
    10. Remote locations within listed region: 3-5 additional business days

Service Level

We currently offer one streamlined shipping service. A single, fast shipping option included free of charge for most hand grips.

This service operates at an Express Speed, delivering within 1โ€“5 business days globally, depending on location.

Saturday Deliveries

To further expedite delivery, we also include Saturday deliveries where available, another added benefit at no extra charge to the buyer.

Signature on Delivery

For added value and peace of mind, we offer a Signature on Delivery service at additional cost which is clearly stated in the cart or during checkout. This option is ideal for customers who want added peace of mind by ensuring a signature is required upon delivery.

3. Shipping Costs

We cover all shipping costs for most hand grips to make your experience as convenient as possible.

If free shipping is not available for your order, the shipping method and cost will be clearly shown during checkout.

Additional services e.g. Signature on delivery, etc are available at additional cost which is listed clearly in the cart & checkout.

For deliveries to rural or hard-to-access areas, an additional rural area surcharge may apply. If applicable, this surcharge will be clearly displayed in your cart or at checkout before payment.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees. Due to jurisdictional restrictions, we cannot collect and remit import duties, taxes, or fees required by your local government. As a result, all customs-related expenses must be borne by the buyer. We recommend checking with your local customs office for detailed information.

Orders within Canada are subject to applicable sales taxes.

5. Tracking Your Order

All shipments come with a tracking number. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details. Please allow at-least 24 hours for tracking information to update.

6. Undeliverable Packages

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal to pay customs duties, or failure to collect the package, a reshipping fee may apply. Refunds will not include shipping costs.

7. Lost or Delayed Shipments

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, delays due to customs clearance or external factors are beyond our control. If your package is significantly delayed, please contact us for assistance.
