For over a year, we offered free worldwide express shipping, often absorbing $30–$120 in courier costs per order i.e. 40-55% of total cost on average. Shipping within the U.S. and Canada remains free. For all other countries, we continue to cover up to $50 of the shipping cost, with the remaining balance passed on as a flat rate shown at checkout. This allows us to keep deliveries fast and reliable while maintaining the quality of our products and service.

We ship to Canada, the United States, and most international destinations.

Canada & United States
Orders shipping within Canada and the United States include free express shipping.
Rest of the World
International orders outside Canada and the U.S. are charged a flat, convenient shipping rate, which is clearly displayed in the cart and at checkout before payment.
Optional services such as Signature on delivery may be available at an additional cost and will be clearly shown at checkout if selected.
For rural or hard-to-access locations, a courier-imposed surcharge may apply. If applicable, this will be displayed before you complete your order.

Estimated delivery windows may vary due to customs processing, regional courier delays, weather conditions, or remote delivery locations. Once shipped, delivery timing is outside our direct control.
4. Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by your local government. These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the buyer.

Orders shipped within Canada are subject to applicable sales taxes.

All shipments include tracking.
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking details. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.
6. Undeliverable or Returned Packages
If a package is returned due to:
An incorrect or incomplete address
Refusal to pay customs fees
Failure to collect the shipment
A reshipping fee may apply. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
