  • Products damaged due to improper use.

Refund Process

  2. Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed.
  3. Timeline: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
    • Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different product or size, follow the same steps under “How to Initiate a Return.” Once approved, we will assist you with the exchange process.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:
